Phase 1
I build it around your firm. One time.
It starts from Bills of Particulars your firm has already filed and the case materials behind them. What that involves, and on what terms, is the first thing we settle on the call. Then I read them the way opposing counsel would: structure, ordering, how you phrase negligence allegations, how you handle special damages, how your verification page is laid out, your margins, your indents, your bold weight. Then I write the code that reproduces it.
This is not a settings screen. It is custom work, and it is why the output does not need rewriting.
What I read in your filed BPs
- Section order and numbering
- How negligence allegations are phrased
- Special damages layout
- Verification page
- Margins, indents, tab stops
- Bold weight and justification
- Case caption conventions
- Language you repeat on purpose
