Start with a demo call. If the fit looks right, I build the generator around your firm's format and you run your own files through it.
On a plan, your first week is free up to your tier's volume. On Client pricing, your first five are free and the $1,250 build is paid at signing. If what comes out is not something you would put your name on, we part ways and you keep every document it made.

You are billed at the end of the cycle for what you actually ran, itemized one line per case, each line carrying its index number, so every document sits with the matter it belongs to and goes onto that client's bill as its own cost line. Every document carries the Citation Reviewer, so a document is $125 and the line shows both parts: $120 for the BP, $5 for the review.
Filing more than ten a month? Solo covers fifteen for $1,185, with the build included.

What the monthly is for.
How long does the build take?
About a week once the build materials are in hand. You will see output in your format before you are charged a subscription.
What if I want to change the format later?
Tell me the change and I update the build. That is part of what you pay monthly for.
What happens to my firm if you get hit by a bus?
Your generated documents are yours and exportable at any time, and your firm's build specification is documented. You are never locked out of your own work product.
- Monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. Rates locked for 12 months from signing.
- The free first week covers your tier's included volume. A card goes on file at signing and billing starts when the first week ends. Anything past the included volume bills at your overage rate.
- Overage is billed at the end of each cycle. Unused documents do not roll over.
- Client pricing has no monthly and no minimum. Your first five Bills of Particulars are free; documents past the first five are billed at the end of each cycle, itemized one line per case with its index number.
- The Citation Reviewer runs on every document. On the two entry plans it is charged as its own line: $49 a month on Solo, $5 per document on Client pricing. It is included, at no additional charge, on Practice and above.
